Insanity- Week 8 Day 3

Dear Shaun,

I'm sorry, I just didn't have "it" in me today to push as hard as I normally do!  I was happy to have MCC today, but for some reason I felt like a ton of bricks.  My legs felt extremely fatigued & I just couldn't "dig deep" for you.  I am upset with myself!  Of course I pushed through & not only did MCC but also tried Insane Abs for the first time!  I just took a lot more breaks than usual!

Insane Abs is just that...INSANE!!  What the heck were you thinking when you created that??  Sheesh!!  I could barely do any of the floor exercises, but I tried my best.  I actually felt like I got a little energy back by the time I started that.  I went right into it rather than taking a break.  I figured if I was already spent from MCC I wouldn't get any more energy by waiting!

I have decided to start logging my calories & exercise again at the Daily Plate to see if I'm eating enough/too much, etc...  I'll try to see if I'm not eating enough plus keep track of WHAT I'm eating as well.  Today  I ate almost 1100 calories before working out, and I burned 795.  DINNERTIME!!  :)

I promise to try harder tomorrow & I won't let you down!  I can see the finish line & I'm going to sprint across it, not crawl!!  Tomorrow is recovery so I expect to BRING IT!!
