Whew, Plyo kicked my butt today!! I got light-headed a few times but kept pushing through. I took breaks & drank water & now I'm OK. Drinking my results & recovery drink & eating a PB&J sammie. :) I do think I'm starting to feel a little stronger, but my body is having trouble pushing too hard. I am digging deep, but I always feel like there might be more in there.
My push-ups today were girlie ones as usual, but I felt like I could go down further than I have before. I also did more in each set. I definitely can feel the changes in my insides & my strength, I'm just hoping to have my outside start to catch up!!
I signed up for a buddy's weight loss challenge that starts May 2nd. It's to lose 15 pounds in 28 days, but I'll be happy losing anything. 10 would be great! I'm really going to focus on my eating plan & try to stay away from the bad stuff too often. Things do come up and life sometimes gets in the way, but I am going to make a conscious effort to make better choices!!
Looking forward to seeing my final results!!
