I'm bringin' it today!! Max Plyo wasn't too bad today. I still can't do all the push-ups because of my rib & my lack of strength. But I did try a few power push-ups...interesting. LOL My right knee was really bothering me today but I pushed through. I can't let any more injuries hold me back anymore! I am listening to my body & if it feels like I've done something major I will cut back, but for now I just put on the knee brace & dig deeper!! I'm definitely feeling a little stronger, but I'm not seeing the changes in my body as much as I'd like to yet. But I'll wait & do measurements on Monday & really see what's going on!!
I'm still having trouble getting through all of the sets but I'm really trying to push harder as best I can!! No turning back...I can see the finish line...kind of. I might limp over it but I'm going to see it through!! Now I just have to figure out how I'm going to get through the Broad St. Run in a week & a half!! I have barely run in the last few weeks. I may try to run tomorrow since I only have recovery, but I have to see how my knee feels. If I do, it will be no longer than 3 miles. I hope my body holds up!!
