Recovery day!! Man those stretches are tough but it beats all the jumping! At least for me knee I think I should be happier with the stretches. But my legs DO NOT like them. I keep waiting to see when I'm going to become stronger & hold the stretches longer, but my quads just aren't cooperating! Next time...
Took a break & then went on a 3 mile run to get in some more cardio & to test out my knee. I made it through, but it didn't feel great. My legs felt a bit stiff, and my knee was giving me some slight pain. Seemed to hurt more after I got back & stopped. Maybe it was stiffening up. Wearing the brace almost seems to make it worse, too, because I can't get a full range of motion in my stride with it on. I'll try to run without it next time & see how that feels.
Just noticed that this is my 60th post! Which means if I was on track from the beginning I would be wrapping up my last week. Instead I still have just over 2 weeks. It's OK, I've accepted the delay but that was a shock to see that I'm up to that many posts already! Moving forward...
