Insanity- Week 7 Day 1

I'm baaaack!!  I'm feeling much better today & got right back into it!  I just finished up Max Cardio Conditioning & I'm actually thinking of doing what I was supposed to do today- Max Interval Circuit.  I've never done two Insanity workouts in one day, let alone two MAX workouts!  But I'm feeling ready & I'd rather try to do both today & have my rest day on Sunday then to have to go straight through.  Especially with another fit test & workout planned for next Monday!  I'll probably slide the fit test to Sunday again.  I am tired since winding down from my workout but I'm going to see if I can get myself pumped back up to do another hour workout!!  We shall see...

UPDATE:  Oh yeh, how ya like me now??  I DID IT!!  Max cardio AND max interval circuit in the same day!!  I ended up eating dinner first & then doing it but I made it through.  I feel like I had a hard time getting through a lot of the exercises but it wasn't because I was tired from the earlier workout.  It's because my rib muscle is still acting up so I can't do the side suicide kicks or the full body drills, etc..., so I filled in with regular suicide drills & girlie push-ups.  Just tried to keep moving.

TOTAL CALORIES BURNED TODAY: 1240!!!!

I am soooo proud of myself for getting myself back on track!  I definitely don't want to have to do that too often, but for slacking off yesterday I'm glad I am now back on schedule!

And now...I relax...
