Insanity- Week 3 Day 5

Ugh, why did I wait so long to do Insanity today?  I got home later today than expected, it's dark & rainy so I'm sluggish & was very hungry when I got home.  So I decided to eat dinner first, digest a little bit & then press play!!  Should have pushed myself to get it over with before dinner, but it wasn't happening.  Now it's getting late, it's dark out, and all I wanna do is crawl under my Slanket!!  But for some reason, I won't!!  I'm committed to this program so I'm going to get up & press play in about 15 minutes!  Just finishing up watching Y&R on SoapNet & then it's on!!  :)  I'll be back to update...

OK, I'm back!!  Wow, Insanity at 8pm on a Friday night??  Not the best time to do it, but I had to take what I had to work with!!  It went pretty well & I think I am feeling stronger!  Although, a few times with my head bent over I almost threw up.  More from not being fully digested than from the workout itself...I think.  ;)  But...ya gotta keep on going!!  I definitely could feel it more doing it so late at night.  My muscles were tired & didn't always want to co-operate, but I pushed as hard as I could.  And it was crazy today, when he gets ready to push us at the end & yells "let's goooooooooo" I all of a sudden felt possessed & pressed so hard to dig deep & give it my all!!  It was awesome!!  I'm not sweating as much as I thought I would, but my heart rate is definitely up so I'm not too concerned about that.  I mean I am sweating, 'cause my arms slide off of my legs when we do the groin stretch (LOL), but it's not dripping off of me.  TMI...I'm sorry.  :)

I dont' know what it is about Mr. Shaun T, but he gets me to push play every day no matter what!!  I feel sooooo much better after getting it in & can't wait until tomorrow!!  I might throw in cardio abs tomorrow if I'm feeling good 'cause I was a bad girl & went to the chinese buffet today.  But to my defense, I had a lot of green beans & just took a tiny bit of the bad stuff.  And I did have my yummy rice noodles, but didn't have a ton of carbs the rest of the day.  OK, justification over.  ;)
