Rest day! The best day of the week! :) I'm going to the Phillies game with my bud, Melissa, so I'm looking forward to that. Losing my mom almost 10 years ago was one of the hardest things I've ever had to go through. And it makes this weekend very tough. All the commercials & shows talking about mother's is hard. She was my best friend & I wish she was still here today to see me & everything I've been trying to accomplish. I know she'd think I was Insane, but in a good way. LOL
My friend Melissa lost her mom a while back, too, so I'm glad to be able to spend the day with her. We will have fun at the game & I know they will be looking down on us & smiling.
If you're lucky enough to have your mom in your life, tell her you love her & give her a big hug & kiss. Something she deserves everyday, not just on Mother's Day!!!! ♥
