Max Plyo- DONE!! 1st week of month 2- DONE!! Moving right along!! Things are going OK, but my body is fighting to cooperate. My right knee is now giving me some twinges behind the knee. Ugh... Put my knee wrap on & pushed forward!! I'm having trouble getting through the exercises but as I always say, I do what I can. The power push-ups will not be attempted for a while. I tried to do one & it was so hard I figured let's not hurt myself anymore, so I did girlie push-ups. I will work my way up to them & will do at least a few before I'm done!! The side push-ups didn't go as well today either, but I did a few modified ones. And the level 3 drills were girlie push-ups with the run-outs.
I'm going to have to keep an eye on what I'm eating, etc... because my energy level isn't great for this month. I don't know if I derailed myself from hurting my rib or if it's just a harder workout! It is more intense & longer so I'm not that surprised. I'll keep pushing through & moving forward. I did drink some results & recovery drink along with water during my workout today as well. It may have helped a little bit, not too sure there.
I am hoping to start seeing more changes in my body by the time I do my next fit test & take more pix!! When Shaun says you only get out of it what you put in I really try to dig deeper. I want to see those changes & more than what I'm seeing so far!! I'll keep pressing play!!!!
Keep it up! You'll see results! I just finished the insanity program. It seems like once I reached the max DVD's I didn't do as many of the moves. As I was getting to the end of my 60 days I was getting more proficient at the moves. I thought my results were great.

Thanks Lori!! I'm definitely seeing results, but I guess I thought I would be more of a power-house with the moves than I am right now. LOL I know even the people in the videos have trouble getting through the whole thing. But I'm committed & I'm going to keep pushing!!
