Gotta love rest days! Especially during month 2!! Went to the Beauty Bash at QVC with my girls today, ate lunch out at this cute place called the Classic Diner in Malvern & then hung at one of my girl's houses for the evening looking over all our beauty items & making some trades! :)
My right knee is still bothering me a bit since Friday & I have no idea what I did!! I might have pulled or stressed something from my workout but it didn't hurt until after my massage. Maybe she worked something out of that area? I have no idea but these injuries are getting crazy! I can't let it stop me from moving on, as long as it doesn't hurt too much.
Getting ready for week 2 of the max month tomorrow!!
