Good news all!! I called my doctor today to get the results from my x-rays & he said that everything came back negative! What does that mean? I don't have any fractures!!!! So...as soon as my ribs are feeling better I can get INSANE again!!!! I'm soooo excited!! I am going to rest for the next few days, and come either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning before I head to D.C. I am going to try the recovery workout. I will then, hopefully, be ready to start month 2 next week!! I am thinking of starting on Tuesday when I get home. I know my weeks have been starting on Mondays, so I'm trying to figure out how to make it all work. What I might do is skip the rest day on Sunday to get all my workouts in. I'll take it one day at a time & see how my body feels. All I know is I'm ready to get on to month 2!! I might even try the recovery workout on Friday & then do the fit test Saturday morning. Then when I come back I can do the first workout of month 2 on Tuesday instead of having to combine it with the fit test, too. We shall see!
