Yep, being injured sucks!! I feel like this past week & a half has been one big waste of time! I am so behind on my Insanity schedule, and even though this is a life journey, I wanna get through my first 60 day cycle!! I am really hoping to try the recovery workout tomorrow & then hopefully the fit test on Saturday. Stay tuned!!
Started Shakeology today...Mmm... I added almond milk, water, peanut butter & banana. Not too bad! I really want to get some ice so I can make it thicker!! But it wasn't bad at all. I'm going to try to drink one shake every day instead of a meal & see how it works for me!!
I'm definitely feeling better every day & hoping that this latest injury is on its way outta town!! And please let this be the last injury I get, too!! I don't want to be derailed anymore!! I still feel a very slight twinge in my rib area but nothing like over the last week!! I really think the meds are working, and I'm sure the rest from working out is helping, too!
